Disconnect Facebook
You can stop Tipoff from accessing your Facebook data at any time, either way:
- In Tipoff: go to Settings → Facebook connection → Disconnect. This revokes our permissions with Facebook and deletes the stored access token.
- In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Tipoff, and click Remove.
Request full data deletion
Email grownscalestudio@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your business name. If you don't have an account and want data about you removed (for example, you submitted a lead form), include the phone number or email you used.
What gets deleted
- Your Facebook access token and connected ad account and Page identifiers
- Your business profile and settings
- Leads, call records, campaigns, ad results, and activity history
We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep limited billing records where the law requires it. Ads and leads that exist inside your own Facebook ad account are controlled by you in Facebook and are not deleted by this request.
